Katy ISD Livestock Show Exhibitor Eligibility

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expenses, income, and other pertinent information with AET FFA Record Book System
2. Complete 10 community service hours approved by the agricultural science teachers with 5 hours obtained within FFA.
3. Recite the FFA Creed in the first year of exhibition.
4. Complete the Quality Counts Program as instructed by their agricultural science teacher.
5. Participate in at least two different activities in the same semester above the chapter level.
   • Feed Seminar - September 25th
   • Ag Olympics – September 28th
   • Morton Ranch Leadership Conference – October 7th
   • Participate in an LDE Contest **– November 4th

   **Students must qualify for team under their own merit

6. Participate in chapter fundraising and have $500 in gross sales, which must include at least $250 in catalog ads.  This also entitles each Greenhand (first year) member to a chapter purchased FFA jacket.
7. Meet and maintain all UIL grade eligibility requirements.
